Kathryn Figueredo Fowler

Principal Attorney

Kathryn is a lawyer that is dedicated to accomplishing your goals and representing your rights to the fullest within the law.  She works hard in preparing your case and uses her numerous years of trial experience to achieve the best possible outcome in your case. Every case is prepared as if it were going to trial. As an experienced lawyer and litigator, she routinely tries cases in Williamson County, Travis County, Bell County, and surrounding communities. She attended law school in Texas, is an active member of the Williamson County Bar Association, the Bell County Bar Association, the Austin Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

Donna Harp

Legal Assistant/Office Manager

Donna Harp joined the team at Law Office of Kathryn Figueredo Fowler October 2020 as legal assistant/office manager. Donna brings a calm to the storm. She is the first point of contact and is knowledgeable with procedures to keep a case moving forward. She has strong connections in the legal community. Her sense of humor and calm brings a good balance within the firm. She and Kathryn both believe in the motto, “There is always a solution”.



Donna started her longstanding career in 1988 with a criminal defense firm in Austin, Texas, but by the early 2000s, Donna shifted her focus from criminal defense to family law. 


Donna is a native Texan and a resident of Georgetown. Outside the office, Donna enjoys DIY projects, thrifting, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, friends, and her fur babies.
